• If the Chromebook is saying the resolution is not correct, please have the students follow these steps:
  • Have the student turn the Chromebook off and then back on
  • Then have the student log back in.  
  • Then have the student press ctrl, shift, and the minus key all at the same time until it won't go any smaller.
  • Then press crtl, shift, and the + key Once.
  • Then have the student turn the Chromebook off, click on Apps for NWEA
